How to Apply

The interventional fellowship program includes a total of two positions per year.

Applications are available through Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).

Applicants may be considered for admission to the fellowship if they:

  • Review specific eligibility requirements found in the GME benefits, requirements and resources section
  • Have successfully completed, or will have successfully completed by the date of matriculation, an ACGME-accredited three year fellowship in cardiovascular disease
  • Can document they are ABIM eligible, or are ABIM-CV board certified
  • Have the written recommendation of their cardiovascular disease fellowship program director for admission to the interventional fellowship program
  • Submit a complete and accurate set of application materials (see ERAS Website for more detail)
  • Complete a personal interview at the UF College of Medicine – Jacksonville with the program director and faculty interviewers
