How to Apply Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Top Applications for the pulmonary disease and critical care medicine fellowship are considered via the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). This is a Critical Care track via the Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship. Positions The fellowship program will have one position per year for a one year critical care track. Eligibility For specific eligibility requirements, please refer to the GME benefits, requirements and resources page. All applicants for the fellowship must have completed a 3-year internal medicine residency and a 2 or 3-year IM subspecialty fellowship from an ACGME-accredited training program (e.g., Nephrology, Infectious Disease, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Oncology, Gastroenterology, etc.). In alignment with the Association of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Program Directors (APCCMPD), our national professional society, and to ensure a uniform interview process equitable to all applicants, our fellowship interviews for applicants in 2023-2024 will be held exclusively virtually.
