How to Apply Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Top Applications for the pulmonary disease and critical care medicine fellowship are considered via the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Positions The fellowship program currently includes a total of seven positions that are distributed among the three training years. As of July 2021, each incoming class consists of three positions. All applicants for the fellowship must have completed a 3-year internal medicine residency from an ACGME-accredited training program and be ABIM eligible or certified in internal medicine.
