Program Director's Welcome Endovascular and Structural Heart Interventional Fellowship Daniel Soffer, M.D. Program Director Welcome to the Endovascular and Structural Heart Interventional Fellowship in the division of cardiology, department of medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville. This one-year training program provides the fellow with detailed and extensive exposure to the essential components of adult invasive diagnostic and therapeutic percutaneous procedures. This exposure includes elective and emergent clinical presentations using catheterization-based procedures for peripheral vascular disease and structural heart disease. Fellows will obtain the knowledge base, judgement, and technical skills to become independent operators. Thank you for your interest in our department and in this program.
