Our mission is to provide a nurturing, diverse and inclusive environment for all trainees in order to develop them into competent and compassionate leaders in their future roles as clinicians, educators and researchers.

Program Aims

• To produce competent, knowledgeable and technically sound pulmonary and critical care physicians
• To train fellows to become successful clinical researchers, teachers and scholars
• To train fellows to be champions of patient safety and quality improvement
• To prepare fellows to be leaders in their field
• To produce a diverse, well-adjusted cohort of graduates capable of administering care to a broad range of patient populations and practicing in a variety of settings
